Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MrBeast Jobs careers website (the "Site") operated by Beast Industries and its affiliates ("we," "us," or "our"). The Site helps you browse open roles and, where available, submit job applications to Beast Industries through our online application experience.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Our Applicant Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal information in connection with recruitment; it is incorporated by reference where applicable to information you provide through the Site.

About the Site

The Site is a careers and recruitment resource. Job listings displayed on the Site are sourced from Greenhouse Job Board data and may include roles across Beast Industries brands and teams. The Site may also include informational pages (for example, about our culture, hiring process, and testimonials), optional location assistance on application forms, and optional analytics to understand how visitors use the Site.

Nothing on the Site creates an employment contract, offer of employment, or promise of an interview, hire, or compensation. Hiring decisions are made separately from your use of the Site and are subject to our internal recruitment processes and applicable law.

Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least the minimum age required to work in the jurisdiction where a role is located (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to submit an application. If you use the Site on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and that your submissions are accurate.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal job-seeking and informational purposes. You agree that you will not:

Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, Greenhouse, or any third-party services integrated with the Site;
Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including by introducing malware, excessive automated requests, or denial-of-service activity);
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically download Site content or job data in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the terms of our service providers (including Greenhouse);
Circumvent technical measures, rate limits, or access controls on the Site or related APIs;
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, work authorization, or affiliation with any person or organization;
Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains unlawful material, or includes information you are not authorized to share.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Site, our users, or our recruitment operations.

Job Listings and Application Submissions

Listings. Job titles, descriptions, locations, compensation references, and other posting details are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice. If there is a conflict between summary information on the Site and the official job posting or offer materials, the official posting or offer controls.

Applications. When you apply through the Site, your application and related materials are transmitted to Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, using server-side integrations authorized by Beast Industries. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit, including resumes, contact details, responses to application questions, and any voluntary self-identification information (such as Equal Employment Opportunity or demographic questions) where those questions are presented for a given role.

No guarantee of review or response. Submitting an application does not guarantee that we will review it, contact you, interview you, or make an offer. Timelines for review and communication vary by role and recruiting volume. We and our service providers may use automated or manual processes to organize applications; use of the Site does not entitle you to a particular process or outcome.

Referral and attribution parameters. Application links may include tracking parameters (such as source codes) so we can understand how candidates found a role. Do not alter or misuse these parameters to misattribute referrals.

Location assistance. Where enabled, address or location fields may use Mapbox geocoding to suggest places. Suggestions are aids only; you remain responsible for verifying that your submitted location information is accurate.

Accounts and Communications

Some features may require you to provide contact information or create credentials through third-party systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your application and for activity under your contact details. We may communicate with you about your application using the email address or phone number you provide.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, trade dress, videos, design, and software—are owned by Beast Industries or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. MrBeast, Beast Industries, Feastables, and related names and logos are trademarks of Beast Industries or their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

By submitting application materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process those materials for recruitment and related business purposes, consistent with our Applicant Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy practices, including but not limited to:

Greenhouse — job board data, application hosting, and application processing;
Mapbox — geocoding and location suggestions on application forms where enabled;
Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — optional analytics when you accept analytics cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content linked from the Site (including social media or employer-review platforms).

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, AND FUNCTIONALITY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT JOB LISTINGS OR APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BEAST INDUSTRIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beast Industries and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your application materials, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in North Carolina will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice (for example, a prominent notice on the Site).
